Neale Howells graduated from Bath College of Art in 1990, his multi layered, mixed media paintings are described as rich and imaginative and often provocative. I first met and photographed Neale at the Museum of Modern Art Wales, Machynlleth in 2000, and in 2018 I visited his lockup industrial unit, in Port Talbot. It was no surprise to me to see that he has been collaborating with fashion designer Jayne Pierson of Llanelli, at London Fashion Week for the second time.
